Mr. McDonald is an economic Geologist with more than 30 years experience in the mineral exploration and mining business. Mr. McDonald has co-founded and successfully developed Black Bull Resources, National Gold (merged w/Alamos Gold) and White Knight Resources. Mr. McDonald currently serves on the board of Kootenay Gold Inc and the technical committee and board of Alamos Gold Inc.

Mr. Berry has over twenty years experience in the financing and corporate communications of public companies. He has served as an investment advisor and has been the founder of various public companies including Theia Resources, Kootenay Gold and Highpoint Telecommunications. His involvement resulted in the more than $300 million in financings for public companies. He currently holds the position of Chairman/Director of Kootenay Gold and CEO/Director of Theia Resources. Mr. Berry also played for the Canadian Olympic Hockey team in the 1980 and 1988 Olympics, and played professional hockey in North America and Europe.

Mr. Kang has over 17 years of financial and accounting experience. He has held various senior financial positions within private and public companies including Kootenay Gold, Salares Lithium Inc., Gryphon Gold Corporation, and Star Shipping Canada. He brings extensive knowledge of finance, accounting, administration and public markets. Mr. Kang holds a Certified Management Accountant designation attained in Canada and a HND Business and Finance accreditation attained in the United Kingdom.
Brian Groves, BSc Geophysics

Brian has worked in the mining and exploration industries for more than 29 years. A graduate of The University of Sydney, Australia, Brian began his career in exploration as a geophysicist in Australia and North America. He has been involved in exploration for coal, gold, base metals and diamonds with junior, mid-tier and major companies such as AMAX Minerals, Noranda and Placer Dome where he served for 12 years ending as a Manager of Corporate Development, Canada.
Dick Whittington, P.Eng
Director
Mr. Whittington is a professional mining engineer, with a degree from the Royal School of Mines in the United Kingdom. Dick's career spans 35 years with major mining companies companies in Canada, Panama and Australia. His experience encompasses senior engineering and management roles for several large-scale mine development projects which includes numerous feasibility studies, mine evaluations, mine development, production, mergers and acquisitions and over $1 billion of major corporate financings.
Joseph Giuffre, BA LLB
Director
Has over 25 years of combined experience in business and legal matters, and has a transaction-based practice in the areas of corporate finance, securities and corporate and commercial, project finance, and mergers and acquisitions. Mr.Guiffre has extensive experience acting for Canadian public companies, many of which have progressed from private start-up companies to publicly listed emerging companies on several markets.
Jenn Hepburn, BBA

Ms Hepburn has several years of experience with accounting and management systems. She brings with her thorough experience of auditing internal control procedures as the Sarbanes-Oxley Project Manager with Response Biomedical. As a Communications Officer in the Canadian Armed Forces Reserve, Ms Hepburn’s detailed knowledge of management systems has supplemented functionality within the accounting department. She is currently studying to become a designated Certified Management Accountant and recently graduated from Simon Fraser University with a Business Degree in Marketing and Accounting.

Mr. Grzyb has over 15 years international experience in Information Technologies and has managed the implementation of systems for many major oil & gas and mining companies.

Ms. Mogden is a proven communications and marketing professional with extensive experience in investor relations. Ms. Mogden oversees all investor relations programming within the Touchstone group with a focus on the development of relationships with the international investment community The implementation of her corporate communications strategy has played a significant role in developing shareholder awareness.

Mr. Clancy brings with him several years international experience primarily in a commercial lending capacity. He has held positions with some major banking institutions including MacQuarie Bank and Anglo Irish Bank. Working within the corporate communications department, Colin will focus on developing further relationships within the investment community both in Canada and abroad. Colin also holds a Business Degree specializing in finance from the Dublin Institute of Technology in Ireland.

Mr. Johnston is the President of Johnston-Sequoia Capital Corporation, which has assisted in the development of Talison Lithium Ltd., Kootenay Gold Inc., Salares Lithium Inc. and Terraco Gold Corp. Prior to joining the Touchstone Group, Mr. Johnston held independent advisory roles at RBC Insurance, RBC Investments & RBC Dominion Securities. He holds Business Degree from the Gerald Schwartz School of Business & Information Systems at St. Francis Xavier University and sits on the National Council of the St. Francis Xavier University Alumni Association.

Dr. Starling has been instrumental in the discovery of several new ore bodies throughout Mexico. Specifically, he has applied his distinguished mesothermal /orogenic gold systems studies to discoveries in districts such as Charcas, San Martin and Taxco.

Joseph Bardswich, PEng, PGeo

Mr. Bardswich is a graduate of the University of Windsor (B.A.Sc.,Civil Engineering) and received his Masters Degree (M.Eng. Mining) from McGill University. His career has ranged from contract miner, through production supervision, mining engineering, heavy civil engineering and mine management in both underground, open pit and alluvial operations in Canada, the United States, Europe and Africa. He was the founding president and a director of several junior companies including Cline Mining Corporation (1981-1998), BRC Diamond Corporation (May, 1999 - Feb 2007), and Gentor Resources Inc. (June, 2004 to June 2010). Mr. Bardswich is a mining consultant residing in rural Montana. He is a registered Professional Engineer in the Province of Ontario, a member of the Society of Mining Engineers, and a life member of the Canadian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (CIM). He is a “Qualified Person” as defined in NI 43-101.

Mr. Schnarr is President and Chief Executive Officer of Alpha Technologies Ltd., a company which designs and manufactures power conservation, protection and stand-by products. Mr. Schnarr served as an Executive Vice President for Telus Communications Inc. from September, 2001 to March 2005 as well as President of Telus Ventures from May, 2001 to March, 2005. Mr. Schnarr is a director of Lorian Capital Corp., a company listed on the Exchange which recently completed its Qualifying Transaction with Medworxx Inc.

Mr. Youngman has over twenty-five years of experience in mineral exploration and public company management. He was a director and vice president of Northern Dynasty Minerals Ltd. (NDM: TSX; NAK: AMEX) from 2001 to 2004 and its president and director from 1994 to 2001. During this time, Mr. Youngman was responsible for the global project search that resulted in the identification and acquisition of the Pebble Gold-Copper Porphyry Project in Alaska. Mr. Youngman graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in geology from the University of British Columbia. In addition to his directorship position on Theia Resources, Mr. Youngman also serves as President and COO of Canplats Resources Corporation.
